Navigation Update (16th October)
Dear all,
Just a short note to inform you that we have now completed the in- river works, removed the access ramp, reinstated and planted the area. Made good the cycle path/ footpath and reopened.
Still to do: replacement of the bund between the stone/turning area and a final tidy up.
The remaining items will be completed today and tomorrow with the contractor pulling off site on Saturday morning.
River now open and in use, with several paddlers enjoying the improved features already.
Many thanks for all your continuing assistance and guidance during all stages of this project.
See you on the water sometime soon…
